Macedonia has been a part of the San Antonio Meals on Wheels for over 12 years. Their mission is to promote the dignity, self-worth, and independence of those in need, primarily seniors, through the provision of nutritious meals, companionship, and activity oriented senior day care.
Macedonia is excited to be a part of this community service. We are open five (5) days a week delivering food to seniors and the disabled in their homes. We serve with other volunteers delivering two separate routes feeding over 30 people each of those five days; delivering during the lunch hour for one hour.
